In this spring equinox workshop, we'll move through a series of sensory plant practices designed to honor the changing season. Experience the grounding essence of cedar, sip herbal tea crafted to embody spring’s themes of renewal and balance, plant seeds as a tangible expression of your hopes for the months ahead, and craft an herb bundle centered around spring’s energy of growth and abundance. Through herbs, intention, and connection, we’ll welcome spring’s energy and carry its momentum into the season.
