In this workshop, you’ll:
Learn about forageable spring herbs that support renewal, balance, and transition
Explore the energetic and medicinal properties of early spring plants
Craft your own custom herbal tea blend
Gain hands-on experience with ethically wildcrafted and locally grown ingredients
We’ll be working with 7-10 spring herbs to create blends that support cleansing, grounding, transition, and growth. Each attendee will take home their own handcrafted tea blend to continue the seasonal ritual at home.
